Program managers looking to certify individuals to teach NMT/EMRTC First Responder Training program courses must submit an Instructor Certification Request Form. Program managers must ensure that individuals meet the requirements for the course they are seeking to be certified under and include a justification for the request. Requests will be reviewed by NMT staff and must be approved before an instructor can begin the certification process as outlined in the Instructor Course Certification and Evaluation Program documentation.
