Awareness Course: Registration, Testing, and Evaluation Guide
Instructors are responsible for ensuring that participants complete the following:
- Electronic registration form for each participant in attendance
- Electronic pre- and post-test for each participant in attendance
- Electronic evaluation for each participant in attendance
The following sections provide an overview of the tools used to collect the data during a course delivery.
Electronic Registration
The electronic registration form can be completed using any online device (desktop, tablet, or mobile phone).

To access the registration form, use the "Course Agenda Access" slide in the introduction module of the course to direct participants to the online Course Agenda.

The Course Agenda contains the "Course Registration" link. Instructors should direct participants to use this link to access the electronic registration form.

Once participants have accessed the registration form, display the "Course Registration" slide in the course introduction module. This slide contains the Course Catalog Number.

Participants will need to select the correct Course Catalog Number from the dropdown menu in the registration form. |
Participants should continue and complete the registration form. The electronic registration process takes approximately 4 minutes. Allow participants time to complete the registration.
Electronic Pre- and Post-Test
The electronic pre- and post-tests can be completed using any online device (desktop, tablet, or mobile phone). The process to access and complete both the pre- and post-test is identical. Each test should be accessed when the appropriate slide is displayed during the course introduction and conclusion module.

To access the test, use the corresponding test slide to first direct participants to the online Course Agenda. Note that the slide will display the required password to access the test. Participants will need this password to begin the test. |

The Course Agenda contains links to both the pre- and post-test. Direct participants to the appropriate test link. |

To begin the test, participants will need to input the password displayed in the corresponding classroom slide. Participants will then be asked to input their contact information. Participants should use the email address they prefer to have their course certificate sent to. |

Once participants complete the test, their score will be displayed. If the participants are completing the post-test they will also be given an opportunity to download their course certificate. The course certificate is automatically emailed to the participant at the completion of the post-test. Next, it's important for instructors to ask participants to select the "Course Evaluation" button in the post-test score screen before closing this window. |
Electronic Evaluation
The electronic evaluation can be completed using any online device (desktop, tablet, or mobile phone). The evaluation form is accessed using the “Course Evaluation” button displayed in the post-test score screen.

Instructors should encourage participants to provide feedback and allow participants to complete the form anonymously.
To facilitate this process, instructors may choose to write this information on a board or display on the classroom screen for participants to refer to. |
